Rosacea is not considered a serious disease, but it is not only uncomfortable but also a major sign of alarm. Patients who suffer from rosacea usually have a low immunity and every time they experience a stressful period, their condition becomes worse. There are many treatments on the market, but many of them have unwanted side effects. Are there are natural remedies for this condition? Of course yes!
- Essential oils. Essential oils can help cure rosacea, or at least diminish the symptoms in severe cases. You can choose between tea tree oil, rose oil, geranium oil, and lavender oil or you can combine them. Apply a few drops on the skin two or three times per day and allow the oil to soak in.
- Raw honey. Honey is great for skin problems thanks to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Applied on the clean skin every day, it can reduce the redness, help rejuvenate the cells, and remove scars or blemishes. It is very important to make sure that the honey you use is organic and does not contain any chemicals, otherwise your skin may become irritated.
- Aloe Vera Gel. If you can’t find natural, organic Aloe Vera Gel in the store, you can simply grow a few plants in the house and use them for your skin. Apply the Gel on your entire face at least once per day and wait for a few hours before you wash your face.
- Turmeric. Turmeric will make the scars go away, and it will also reduce the swelling and the burning sensations. You can create your own turmeric mask by mixing a teaspoon of turmeric with a few teaspoons of yoghurt.
